　　Based at our Arlington, VA office, our Architects provide technically complex and robust architectural design analysis to support mission-critical environments, for renovation as well as new built environments.

　　You will be challenged with high level strategic decision-making tasks; applying knowledge of architectural design, zoning and building codes, building systems and materials for a single client according to their desires, needs, and financial resources.

　　Essential Responsibilities:

　　Review of third party building and facility condition assessments.

　　Capital projects management.

　　Code and Accessibility analysis.

　　Review and generation of Facility Code Indices.

　　Analysis of cost models.

　　Analysis of design alternatives.

　　Coordinate work with engineers of other disciplines and architects.

　　10%-15% travel time with trip durations of 1 to 2 weeks, including international travel.

　　Here’s what you’ll need :

　　Bachelors Degree in Architecture.

　　US Citizenship.

　　TS security clearance

　　5 years of experience in building design

　　Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.

　　Ideally, you'll need:

　　Registered Architect (RA)certification

　　Experience working with federal clients

　　Proficiency in ARCHIBUS and other facility portfolio management
