　　Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Municipal, Judicial, Federal, or Aviation project experience

　　Masters Degree

　　Revit, Architecture, Construction Document, Architectural Design, Water Resources, Schematic Design, Conceptual Design, Revit Architecture, AIA, Proposal Development, Project Management, Architectural Plan, Building Codes, Construction Drawings, Architecture Project Management

　　Architect or Architectural Project Manager will provide leadership and expertise to an architecture department within a firm that specializes in various market sectors. Project types include: Education, Commercial, Public Safety, Corrections, Municipal Facilities, Public Safety, and more. The Architect will lead and manage projects within specific market sectors from conception through completion, and they will collaborate with other design disciplines on projects.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Provide direction for design, project schedule, project budget, and quality control of assigned projects

　　Perform architectural and design assignments utilizing advanced architectural design concepts and knowledge

　　Develop technical drawings and specifications

　　Manage various project types, scales, complexities, cost and time schedules

　　Feasibility and operating studies to create alternative systems and methods

　　Communication and relationship management with clients throughout projects

　　Business Development, proposal preparation, AIA contracts, and project documentation
