Description:

　　Actalent is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to join the team of a firm in Denver, CO. Projects can range from multifamily, affordable housing, government, retail, and education. Candidates should have experience being client facing and familiar with consulting with clients to determine design, specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated job cost, and construction time. Candidates should also be able to work with leaders to provide design concepts, research for design, inspecting work, etc. Candidates should have experience taking ground-up commercial projects from beginning to end.

　　Skills & Qualifications:

　　NAAB-accredited Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree

　　Experience taking ground-up commercial projects from beginning to end

　　8+ years job-related work experience with demonstrated competence

　　A current architect license/registration

　　Proficiency in Revit, Auto CADD, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office suite, Bluebeam, Outlook

　　Strong design and problem solving skills

　　Ability to learn and adapt

　　A high level of collaboration and communication with other team members

　　Knowledge of building codes and construction practices
