We're looking for passionate and dedicated talent to take the role of Local line manager (for our Krakow based development team) and project manager (for our system data management product in the Services and Digital Solutions product line).

　　Line Manager:

　　Take charge of a group of software developers and mould them in a team: create a shared vision, foster a climate of collaboration, nurture creativity and innovation.Be responsible for hiring and retaining talents, take care of their personal growth, set shared goals, and participate in their successes and learn from their failures.Represent the team with stakeholders, champion their needs, and advertise their skills.

　　Project Manager:

　　Drive the development process, suggests improvements, works in close collaboration with the solution line core team.Track and control the project's budget, costs, people allocations, expenses.Collaborate with stakeholders and users of the product, gather needs, report on progress.Be responsible for the quality and time of the deliverables and the meeting of requirements.Champion and define agile working practices, CI/CD development processes, delivery management processes.Remove obstacles/impediments for the product team.Actively support the product teams by coordinating and driving to closure:Health-safety-environment assessmentsLegal aspects, including OSS obligations, Export ControlSupply Chain Management activitiesCyber security assessment
