  Capital Group's Enterprise Change Office (ECO) is made up of 140+ dedicated initiative delivery and practice experts that lead initiatives by business domain including Product, Sales and Marketing, Global Business Services, Investment Operations, and Information Technology. You ensure the right solution for the business problem at hand and address challenges at their core. You contribute to the development of products, services, and experiences that disrupt markets, generate value, and positively impact millions of lives.

  As a Senior Project Analyst in Enterprise Change Office (ECO), you will manage and support the delivery of large and complex initiatives and will be expected to execute projects with minimal supervision through project stages from concept to execution and transition. Your scope will include a range of projects supporting the Europe & Asia business - inclusive of business, process, regulatory, technology and organizational change efforts. You will ensure outcomes for the projects are clear, executive support exists for our initiatives, effective prioritization is being applied, work is sequenced properly, and key accountabilities are understood and adopted.

  Through your strength in both leading teams and business analysis, collaborating to solve problems, and driving for results, you will bring clarity and structure to ambiguous business problems. With limited supervision, you will successfully navigate a complex environment with project teams, business partners, leadership, external parties, and other stakeholders to deliver on Capital's business priorities. You will maximize value by ensuring connection to overall business strategy throughout all project phases.

  You will act as a resource for business contacts regarding project management methods and change capabilities, and contribute to the development of the Enterprise Change Office globally, particularly across Europe & Asia. You will support the establishment of the ECO brand across Europe and Asia, and leverage existing ECO services and capabilities while also developing new services as appropriate to support the Europe and Asia portfolio needs.

  You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.You've had 4 - 7 years of project management experience and / or experience in Financial Services.You are self-motivated with a focus on enabling high-quality outcomes and building positive relationships.You've had previous success with strategic and/or operational project delivery experience (business strategy, operating models, process improvement, change management, regulatory related changes etc.), and have the ability to apply and manage flexible delivery models to execute the work.When developing a plan, you consider long term impacts and make a personal commitment to exploring diverse perspectives and dissenting viewpoints.You thrive on challenges and enjoy partnering with others to achieve meaningful results.You've partnered cross-functionally to solve complex problems and have the confidence and courage to add value.You are a skilled communicator. You place a high value on being authentic, respectful and engaging. You've fine-tuned your communication style to influence a variety of personalities.You will be able to manage a project team, with minimal supervision, incorporating Capital's culture that will work with multiple different offices across Europe, Asia and the United States.You have strong organization skills, you are a driver, self-directed and focused on delivering tangible value to the business.Preferred: You have worked in agile environments and understand the agile mindset, one of flexibility, comfort with ambiguity and familiarity with agile project management practices.

  In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
