Job Description:
We’re looking for highly motivated and talented Administrative Assistant whose primary accountability is to ensure the productive running of the office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Set-up project and archive project, update the database and update the calendar
Data entry, (Time, Tool Inventory, Print out Excel sheets and Update as needed for Field Foreman)
Orientation of new crew members, (06:00 AM start on those days, Preform Hammertech Video, Update Manpower Spreadsheet and Sign In sheets.)
Consumable Connex Key Attendant and Learn from Bailey How to up Date PO Log when Field Brings in Material Req.
Hammertech Administrator.
Assist other Admin. Assistant with invoices, data entry, and change orders
Skills:
Must be highly organized and self-driven.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively at all organizational levels and across functional areas.
Must be quality oriented to provide the highest level of service to clients.
Must be able to exercise sound judgment.
Must possess excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a busy office environment.
Must be proficient in MS Office.
Excellent typing and 10-key skills.
