　　Job Description:

　　We are seeking a talented and experienced AS400 Programmer Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. As an AS400 Programmer Analyst, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing our AS400 systems to ensure seamless operations in our manufacturing environment.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design efficient AS400 solutions.

　　Develop and maintain AS400 applications, ensuring high performance, availability, and security.

　　Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AS400 systems and applications.

　　Collaborate with end-users to gather feedback and implement improvements.

　　Stay abreast of industry trends and technology updates to enhance system functionality.

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

　　Proven experience as an AS400 Programmer Analyst in a manufacturing environment.

　　Proficiency in RPG programming language.

　　Strong understanding of AS400 system architecture and database management.

　　Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

　　Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Experience with modernizing legacy AS400 applications.

　　Knowledge of ERP systems in a manufacturing context.

　　Familiarity with emerging technologies in the IT landscape.

　　Expertise in IBM - RPG

　　Comprehensive knowledge of AS400 RPG

　　Deep understanding of IBM iSeries

　　Demonstrated grasp of programming languages

　　Comprehension of PC and mainframe hardware/software
