　　What you get to do every single day:

　　Examines user requests for changes or improvements to systems. Writes functional requirements and assesses cost, feasibility and utility. Makes recommendations about how, when or whether to make the changes

　　Assists internal clients with applications, systems and/or processes for identifying and resolving, processing/reporting programming problems. Provides consultation that can include troubleshooting and/or education

　　Assesses processing systems.

　　Builds improvement recommendations

　　Builds and maintains dictionaries for applications and systems support by the analyst

　　Supports end users and other partner groups, providing ongoing training and assistance for a particular application, system or process

　　Create and test programming changes for every systems development phase prior to implementation.

　　Write test cases and expected outcomes; Review results and verify that requirements are met, may develop simple tests or a defined subset of larger tests.

　　Helps create communication content for certain system changes being implemented in production

　　Reviews and documents code problems, working with other programmers to correct them

　　Requirements

　　What you bring to the role:

　　Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing

　　Selenium experience preferred

　　Solid understanding of .NET

　　Comprehensive understanding of programming languages

　　Proven success acting in a project management capacity

　　Command of PC and mainframe hardware/software

　　Previous experience as a project leader for the business portion of developmental applications or major systems improvements
