　　Summary:

　　The Behavior Technician will work one-on-one with autistic children providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy which includes developing social skills, toilet training, grooming & hygiene, managing problem behaviors, and treatment of picky eating. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required. We provide extensive training to our new employees to help them acquire the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

　　Hours: Part-time three days a week 8am - 4:30pm

　　Required Education & Experience:

　　High school Diploma.Experience working with children in a daycare, school, or clinic setting is preferred.Previous experience working with autistic or at-risk children is preferred.

　　Certifications due upon hire (all training provided):

　　Must become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within 90 days of hire.CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention - Units 1-7 & 9-10 plus the CPI Children's Control Position from Unit 8 or must be completed within 60 days of start date.CSC- Heartsaver CPR and CSC SCM training must be completed within 60 days of start date.
