　　We are currently seeking a Program Specialist for the Philadelphia, PA area.The Program Specialist of IDD Services serves as the liaison between Supports Coordination entities, provider agencies, families, and assigned Consumers ensuring ISPs are accurate, ISP Team Meeting Forms are completed, services are provided, outcomes/goals are addressed, and plans of corrections are implemented. The PS of I/DD also ensures all Consumer services provided and the residences in which the Consumers reside are managed in accordance with regulatory and monitoring standards and policies and procedures.
