Position: Program Manager / PT

　　Hours: Full-time

　　Setting: Outpatient

　　Location: Carroll Lutheran Village - Westminster, MD

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Graduate from Physical Therapy program

　　Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice as required

　　Minimum one (1) year experience in an outpatient care or home health setting
