Job Description
As the integration Program Manager, you will continue driving the strategic integration program of the live debugger, (Through the Rookout acquisition). This consists of overseeing the product and technical integrations, as well as the business, customer success and go to market elements.
In this role, you'll be the main communication channel between various stakeholders, working closely with the solution lead, and engage with teams from both the TLV team as well as the Dynatrace team (based in Austria). The ideal candidate is a high-energy, driven individual with enablement experience and appreciates working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the transparency and predictability of the roadmap with execution timeline and dependencies
Tracks, reports, and escalates progress.
Ensures program/Solution backlog prioritization and discovery of high-level dependencies.
Supports detection and resolution of high-level cross-program/Solution dependencies.
Facilitates collaboration between Solutions (what and why) and Capabilities (How), including related events, artifacts, and templates (e.g. quality – Definition of Ready)
Facilitates detection and resolution of priority conflicts on Value Increment level (especially if different Solutions are involved) together with Product Engineering
Strategic:
Ensures company-wide planning drumbeat (“synchronized planning (https://dynatrace.sharepoint.com/sites/AgileCompetenceCenter/SitePages/Synchronized-Planning.aspx) ")
Ensures regular feedback cycles to continuously improve collaboration.
Follows up on open initiatives and tasks on Solution-level
Analyses, assesses, and manages program risks and issues and tracks corrective measures (time, quality, utilization)
Generalist mindset and thought process about company products, mission, and long-term strategy.
Present and communicate the status of the project to various stakeholders.
Meet with project stakeholders to capture business requirements, critical milestones, and dependencies.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience successfully managing large and complex projects from inception to completion.
At least 3 years of experience working in a technology company delivering B2B products.
Experience with product development and production support areas.
Experience with developer tools or observability solutions – big advantage
Strong business analysis skills and strategic thinking; experience managing high-risk projects.
Proficient with MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Slack, Salesforce. Zendesk and SQL / BI tools an advantage.
Knowledge of project management tools, principles, and agile methodologies.
Pragmatic and flexible in project management approach, tailoring their style to the needs of their projects, teams, and business partners.
