Job Description
Oracle Health is looking for a Business Resilience (BC/DR/CIM) Program Manager (DR focused) with a good understanding of recovery strategies for Infrastructure related Technologies and Solutions/Services. The candidate will require excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate with both internal and external technical resources to develop Disaster Recovery plans for Oracle Health external and internal customers. This includes ensuring technology and business processes align with the overall Business Resilience program. The candidate must have the ability to travel occasionally depending on project requirements and assignments. Key responsibilities include assisting in the development and verification of DR plans, technical documentation, exercising processes and maintaining online repository of related documentation. Including associated software and tools ensuring the architecture and strategies are consistent.

Responsibilities
Required Experience/Skills:
• Practical experience planning and managing full DR / Business continuity program life cycle
• Good foundational knowledge of global DR / BC frameworks and standards, including Incident Command System framework
• Practical experience performing activations of recovery strategies, processes, and incident communications
• General technical understanding and administration knowledge of Storage, Networks, Servers, and Shared Services
• Working knowledge of considerations and implications to SAN/Storage, Network, and backup/recovery in virtualized/containerized server environments
• Strong troubleshooting experience in recovery processes
• Familiarity and understanding of Service Oriented Infrastructure Architecture concepts and approaches, including disaster recovery in Cloud based hosting
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship skills, especially the ability to articulate DR topics and build consensus among business and technical constituents
• General knowledge of database management systems
• High-level understanding of Cloud/Hosted recovery processes
• Strong ability to discuss and coordinate documentation of technical processes and steps, including some knowledge of project implementation and integration with multiple technologies, architectures and operational processes
• Ability to distinguish between functional and non-functional requirements
• Working knowledge of relevant product offerings, technological, and industry directions, to provide technically accurate, productivity enhancing solutions
• Provide Business Resilience program support, and on-call support to participate and coordinate incident activations
• Willing to handle additional duties and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a computer related field
• DR / BC related professional certification is a plus
• 3 years or more technical and business field experience in highly technology focused environments, including documentation of processes and steps
• 2 years or more experience in various Cloud technologies, storage and network protocols, file systems and multiple operating systems role is a plus
• 3 years or more working experience in a Production Environment
• A broad knowledge of computing processes and technology
• Strong customer service orientation, including strong communication skills under stressful conditions
• General understand and some experience in Crisis Incident Management is a plus

US: Hiring Range: from $74,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
