　　Within Amazon Flex we are rapidly expanding as we stand up new business models to facilitate growth for Amazon. This role affords an opportunity to work on the cutting edge of innovation, while facilitating creation of new business models. As the Program Manager for Amazon Flex Growth & Expansion, you will own developing new business opportunities to utilize the Flex delivery partner network. To achieve your goals, you will work with functions that cut across the organization; including data science, technology, operations, and marketing.

　　Some of the key job functions of the Program Manager are:

　　Work closely with finance, marketing, capacity management, data science, engineering, and program management on strategic new business initiatives.

　　Support new product and program launches including working with other programs and product management team leaders that wish to leverage Flex as a last mile solution.

　　Make difficult resource trade-offs and align leadership on inputs, outputs, and priorities.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　3+ years of program or project management experience

　　3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

　　Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

　　Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

　　Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

　　3+ years of driving process improvements experience

　　Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

　　Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

　　Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
