Job Title: Program Manager

　　Job Location: Alexandria, VA.

　　Job Description:

　　Syneren is currently seeking a Program Manager.

　　Required experience:

　　Must have 5 years managing IT projects, at least 3 of which must be software engineering or development projects.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Top Secret Clearance

　　At least one of the following: PMI certification or a ITIL certification (ITIL Foundation or higher level of certification); or Master's degree in Program Management.

　　IAT I Certification IAW DoD (For DoD IAT Level 1, you must have one of the following certifications – Security Plus, A+ CE, CCNA-Security, Network+ CE, SSCP, or IAT II or III.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　DoD full lifecycle Software development experience

　　Agile / DevSecOps Software development experience

　　System / Application Operations and Service Desk Management experience

　　Azure / Cloud migration experience

　　Education:

　　BA degree in an information technology, computer science, program management, or related field
