This position is contingent upon award of contract
SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager to provide management, administrative, and technical interface with the COR and KO in accomplishing services under this contract. The Program Manager shall have management and technical knowledge, skills, expertise, and the experience needed to accomplish the performance of work under this contract.
Responsibilities
Accountable for all aspects of requirements and manages the hands-on, day-to-day issues related to operational activities.
Responsible for operations including security, maintenance, and accountability.
Responsible for meeting all technical requirements.
Ensures that processes and network systems facilitate meeting performance requirements.
Primary Point-of-Contact for all communications or issues.
Is authorized to act on site-specific matters relating to the daily operation of the task order.
Acts as a “First-Level Supervisor” for site-employees.
Qualifications
An active in scope Top Secret/SCI clearance is required
BA/BS in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering degree; or a degree in a Mathematics or Engineering field and at least 15 years of program management experience (some PM experience may originate in the military, but the candidate must have at least three years of PM experience in industry)
Must meet DoD 8140 DCWF 802 requirements (CCISO, CCSP, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CISSP-ISSEP, CISSP-ISSMP or GSLC)
ITIL Foundations certified within three months of contract start date or hiring date on the contract
Specialized experience in Information Technology (IT) defense infrastructure (Sensors, Vulnerability Scanners, Firewalls, etc.) and a working knowledge of wireless technology and Army operating systems (OS) (i.e., Windows, Apple, and UNIX)
Knowledgeable in the mission and operational requirements of the U.S. Army
Demonstrated understanding of U.S. Army IT operational and technical requirements and an advanced understanding of U.S. Army IT applications and network systems
Expertise in management and control of complex information systems architectures involving multiple disparate databases, networks, and communications subsystems
Must be willing to work overtime, after hours, holidays, and weekends, as necessary
Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, National Security Strategy, or a related field
PMP certification preferred
ITIL v4 certification
Detailed understanding of the Army’s Unified Network Plan
Experience leading a technically complex organization
