This is anopportunity to have a vital role in our operation. Duties include butare not limited to overseeing dispatch functions for multiple businessunits and multiple vehicle types, acting as a liaison between sales,customers, and drivers, and working with drivers to confirm routing andtimes. Additionally, this role is responsible for processingchanges/updates to trips, complying with Federal and State DOTrequirements, organizing paperwork and filing, and utilizing dispatchsystems for operational purposes. This is an opportunity to carry outworking plans and systems that contribute to safe, on-time andconsistent service to our customers! Qualifications Ability to workeffectively and well with diverse groups of people, teamwork. Strongorganizational and communication skills, written and verbal, arepreferred. Possess strong working knowledge of computers and ability tolearn new software programs. Prior experience in a dispatching andcustomer service role preferred. Dispatchers must successfully pass acompany sponsored pre-employment drug test and background check.
