　　Job Description

　　• Customer focal for all matters concerning status reporting, program planning

　　and work scope changes.

　　• Maintain an excellent working relationship with the customer at all times and

　　ensure timely responses to customer queries.

　　• Customer focal for after hours support as required.

　　• Lead the Integrated Program Team to achieve program performance against

　　planned objectives.

　　• In conjunction with the North American PMO group, lead the Risk

　　Management Process, identify and evalutte risks to the program and highlight

　　any areas of concern.

　　• Responsible for the management of all phases of the program including

　　participation in the preparation of proposals, understanding the contractual

　　terms and conditions.

　　• Keep abreast of all work performed on the program and ensure that all ouputs

　　required by the contract are complete within the defined schedule and to the

　　required quality standard, report on any descrepancies.

　　• Lead the Material Change Board to manage product changes ensuring that

　　product definition changes will introduce a product improvement, enhance

　　part manufacturability, or result in cost reductions.

　　• Monitor costs and schedule to validate that program activities are within

　　budget and on time and work with the other functions to ensure the program

　　remains on target.

　　• Ensure that all chargeable activities are asserted to the customer.

　　• Responsible for program profitability and compliance to the business model.

　　Job Requirements

　　• Business or Engineering University Degree, College Diploma or equivalent

　　• Must have or be working towards the PMP (Project Management Professional)

　　designation.

　　• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in Aerospace or related industry.

　　• Technical, production, commercial and financial knowledge.

　　• Strong influencing and relationship building skills.

　　• Excellent working knowledge on all Microsoft Office applications.

　　•Superior verbal and written communication skills (including working effectively

　　with others and consistent with the company's values), as well as excellent

　　presentation abilities required.

　　•Ability to work effectively with the customers on a daily basis.
