Job Description

As a member of the Cloud Customer Enablement team, you will be working to manage internal projects and develop content to assist customers to meet their compliance requirements. The role requires coordination between the different teams such as product strategy, product management, development, system operations, security, legal, and other organizations. Strong communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation written), positive attitude, team player and ability to work independently.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

5 years of related experience

Proficient in MS Office Tools

Project and relationship management skills

Be comfortable with ambiguity, consistent change, and strong critical thinking skills.

Effective communication skills with all levels of management.

Ability to learn quickly and adjust to changing priorities while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.

Ability to apply independent and sound business judgment to solve complex issues.

Works independently with minimal supervision required and can lead cross-functional teams to complete projects and initiatives using judgment, experience, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage internal projects for customer engagement programs.

Write compliance content such as advisories, letters, communications, presentations.

Collaborate with the team and other organizations to improve customer engagement processes and practices.

Communicate updates and status to the business.

Determine key performance indicators and working with the program leads to determine how to measure each programs’ performance.

US: Hiring Range: from $74,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
