　　Ocean Bay , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking services a Program Manager in Denver, CO.

　　POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Provide program management of IT projects in accordance with industry standards including planning, tracking, deployment, and completion, as needed.

　　Develop effective plans and minimize changes by setting realistic objectives, facilitating communications, and building consensus among various project groups/team, maintaining a focus on deliverables, and using FPS provided project management software/tools to track projects.

　　Ensure employees understand and abide by Department of Homeland Security established rules, regulations and policies concerning safety and security.

　　POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

　　Master’s degree

　　3-5 years experience managing personnel (preferably help desk related)

　　PMP Certified
