Description:

　　Actalent is seeking a Project Manager allocated to the Design Engineering department that is experiencing rapid growth within a top organization in the private sector. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong engineering and programmatic aptitude that has experience in managing engineering development programs and continuous improvement efforts across a diverse product portfolio and has proven capabilities to work across functions in a matrix organization to achieve operational results.

　　Qualifications:

　　BS Engineering, Physics or any science degree.

　　Five (5)+ years of development(program and/or product) experience.

　　Four (4)+ years of experience in coordinating multi-discipline engineering development teams in a high-tech manufacturing company.

　　Five (5)+ years’ experience with electronics or electro-mechanical design & manufacture and strong technical expertise.

　　Five (5)+ years’ experience in managing technical efforts, including scheduling and action items for development programs.

　　This position will require the ability to gain security clearance.
