The candidate will provide Program Management support to the Navy Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR HQ) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business office. The NAVWAR Command ERP Business Office (CEBO) provides the NAVWAR enterprise N-ERP user community with management, technical, and customer support on all facets of N-ERP utilization, including technical resolution for issues regarding the N-ERP product, management of N-ERP revisions and upgrades, sustainment, and leadership of business processes.
Position Duties:
Analyze and document business processes. Implement metrics. Make recommendations for improvements to business processes; assist team with digital transformation of existing processesProvide support in the areas of strategic planning and analysis required for accomplishing program milestones and goals to support management in the decision making process.Maintain knowledge management portals such as SharePoint onlineOrganize and facilitate planning meetings, strategy sessions, and other meetingsCreate Program/Project briefs, capture meeting minutes, document and track action items to completionPerform data monitoring, analysis and quality assurance and recommend improvements in performance measures and metricsDesign and automate processes to facilitate the manipulation and analysis of data.Work with PowerBI Develop on defining effective management for data visualization reports, metrics, dashboards, and other techniques to communicate information.Assist with management of the CEBO Microsoft Teams environment, drafting and enforcing best practices to maximize usage of Navy Flank Speed O365 toolsRequired Qualifications:
Five (5) years of experience providing program and project management support in the operation of a program officeExcellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skillsExperience with Microsoft O365 suite of applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint Online, SharePoint Lists, Teams, Forms, Planner, PowerBI)Visualization of ResourcesExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to develop and execute a program plan to include WBS, Timeline, Work Packages, Resource management, and chairing leadership meetings.Ability to develop program documentation and program status reportsExperience with Agile methodology (SCRUM master certification highly desired)Active SECRET security clearance.Special Requirements:Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to possess an active DoD secret clearance at the start date.
Salary: $80,000-$90,000. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
