　　Mission Technologies, a division of HII needs a Program Integrator who will support a NASA program located at Redstone Arsenal. The position will entail supporting the development and management of modification programs for common system integrations. The position requires an active SECRET security clearance.

　　Essential Job Responsibilities

　　Establish a plan with milestones and monitor adherence to program plan and schedule, identify program problems, and obtain solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.

　　Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of projects ensuring HII, Mission Technologies delivers against contractual obligations, on time and on budget.

　　Establish and maintain effective relationships with PMO team, customer, subcontractors and other outside agencies.

　　Lead technical discussions for project reviews, and prepares and deliver formal briefings.

　　May assist with preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract.

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.

　　5 years of technical project management experience and/or certification.

　　Previous experience supporting a NASA program/contract.

　　Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

　　Clearance: Must have an active SECRET security clearance.

　　Physical Requirements

　　Job performance requires adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity for meeting the requirements of the discipline.
