Description Position Summary: The Program Group Facilitator provides support to other program staff by planning and co-facilitating peer-support group sessions to program participants. Group Facilitation: Facilitate the group process on a weekly basis using group facilitation practices to promote knowledge gains in curriculum topic area, peer learning, and peer support. Program Support: Participate in regular supervision meetings with the supervisor.
