This position develops and maintains strong professional relationships and works collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Performs administrative duties in support of staff, student leaders, and visitors. This position will supervise a variety of student employee positions. This position will serve as lead instructor/facilitator on some field programming as fits their skill set and previous experience. May greet visitors and provide first point of contact, creating an inclusive and welcoming experience. Outdoor Programs (Gonzaga Outdoors and Immersive Outdoor Learning) at Gonzaga are growing co-curricular programs that focus on getting students in the outdoors in and around the Inland Northwest to create friendships, provide technical outdoor skills, develop leaders, and instill a sense of respect and awe for the outdoors.
