Description

　　Robert Half is looking for a part time (20 to 24 hrs.) Program Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating further program development and implementing the initial program under the direction of the Training Academy Committee and the general supervision of the Executive Director. This is a long term 10+ month contract, with potential to extend and become a full-time member of the team.

　　Scope of effort will include:

　　• Developing initial curriculum and timeline for implementation of online and in-person trainings

　　• Establishing contracts with vendors for online and in-person training and platform(s). Managing content and related contracts with vendors

　　• Recruiting appropriate personnel as necessary to deliver webinars and trainings

　　• Organizing in-person training to occur at company's Fall Strategic Planning Meeting

　　• Gathering program feedback from program participants and developing and administering evaluation protocols

　　• Recommending process and program improvements

　　• Undertaking additional tasks to be developed by the Training Academy Committee and Executive Director.

　　Requirements

　　• Previous project coordination experience, no PMP required.

　　• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, general applications

　　• Good sense of judgement and coordination experience

　　• Organization skills
