Responsibilities: - Directs internal communications, design, development, and production to meet objectives. - Participates with project team to ensure the utilization of appropriate solutions to meet the customer's requirements. - Has prime responsibility for project schedule, cost attainment. - Takes all possible actions to avoid or minimize problem areas. - Accountable for equipment and systems. - Plans, schedules, assigns, and controls work within the unit. - Supervises project(s) and /or the unit work force. - Presents proposals, status reports, Estimates at Completion (EAC) and customer status to Leadership, project team and customer community, customer negotiation/interface. - May estimate, review and/or approve costs. - Operates according to Company policies. - Projects Budget: Up to $50KMatrix Subordinates: Exempt: 0-2; Non-Exempt: 1-2. Qualifications: - Must be able to demonstrate ability to assimilate information from various sources and make decisions affecting tasks, expanding sales, and maximizing profits. - Able to communicate effectively with all levels of company and customers. - Demonstrated leadership skills. - Customer Service Orientation - Knowledgeable regarding the process of interacting with customers to provide positive experience and issue resolution. - Must be dependable - Understands company' basic rules, policies, and procedures. - Understands the importance of following through with all commitments. - Uses elementary software packages for basic record keeping purposes. - Recognizes the importance of completing projects in a timely and quality manner. - Communicates a strategy for the team or department. - Has an elementary understanding of the organization's competitive strengths and weaknesses. - Maintains an organized daily calendar.
