Welcome to the Program Management Office
As our Program Communication & Change Manager you get to work across IT and business with implementing new digital solutions and business processes for our employees and customers.
You will be part of a Transformation Program driving the global implementation of a state of art solution centered around MS Dynamics 365 and Salesforce platforms supporting business capabilities and functionalities within Commercial, Operations and Finance, including change in our Global Business Processes.
At our headquarters in Ballerup, our Program Management Office together with various Delivery Directors and other talented specialists are ready to welcome you into your new office. You’ll be a part of a team of 5, reporting to the PMO Lead, leading the area of communication & change. We as a team are responsible supporting the program leadership with succeeding in our mission to drive the digital transformation of our hearing division in GN.
You are expected, and motivated by, taking full ownership and accountability of our communication and change coordination activities. As part of a large transformation, we expect you to excel in translating complex content or situations to simplified messages to executives and program stakeholders. Furthermore, you are adapting and coping to ever changing environments and manage pressure effectively.
In this role you will work in the very heart of the program and collaborate with stakeholder groups, such as senior management, IT and global business process owners. As our Program Communication & Change Manager you will be responsible for program communication, newsletters, events, and all staff-meetings to ensure that Program members are well informed and have a high level of engagement in the program. Furthermore, you will drive the development and coordination of our high-level Change, training, and adoption strategy in close collaboration with Change Managers in line of business as we go into execution and deliver solutions to our markets.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Set the strategic direction for our communication activities
Produce communication content such as video, presentations, newsletters, and content for our internal communication platforms, incl. our SharePoint site
Design and run program communication activities - e.g., monthly all staff meetings, supporting the PMO Lead with PMO meetings
Own and deliver against a change and communication plan; ensuring messages are crafted for the right audience at the right time in the right channel in a consistent and engaging format
Provide overview of and be contact point for ongoing Program training activities that includes all program members e.g., onboarding of new program members, Regulatory compliance, Data privacy
Coordinating the execution of change activities, enabling leaders to drive and reinforce change, track progress, collect feedback and incorporate adjustments during all phases
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you
Several years of experience within corporate communications with a primary focus on strategic communication, change management, portfolio management and/or IT training
Experience with establishing a communication & change program function independently
Experience with major IT & Business transformations and/or training programs – preferable from a global company
Strategic thinking and ability to lead and set direction in a complex global stakeholder landscape
Excellent communication skills and ability to distil complexity into clarity for many different target groups including fluency in English – an advantage, but not a necessity, if you are an experienced SharePoint user.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with a strategic approach to prioritization
