Elim Oasis Adult Day Center, a  5-star rated, 106-bed senior care campus formerly known as Elim Care & Rehab Center of Princeton, is hiring an On-Call Program Assistant to join our team! 　　In this role, you will help create and implement various activity programs such as art projects, exercise groups, trivia games, small group discussions and all kinds of musical programs. You will also assist members with personal needs, pass medications, and help with the daily upkeep of the center.  Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with mature adults, thrives in a positive work environment, and has good critical thinking skills. 

　　This is an On-Call position. Hours: 7:30 am to 2:30pm.

　　Adult Day Center Assistant responsibilities:

　　Assist with daily recreational and leisure activities.

　　Assist with personal care, which may include the following: toileting, feeding, nail care, tray set up and medication administration under the supervision of the RN.

　　Take vital signs

　　Daily charting

　　Assist in creating and implementing daily programs/activities.

　　Daily upkeep of Adult Day Center includes sweeping, vacuuming, and light outdoor work.

　　Perform additional tasks as needed.

　　Adult Day Center Assistant skills and requirements:

　　Prior experience working in an adult day center program or related field.

　　Current MN Nursing Assistant certification preferred, but not required.

　　Activity planning or related skills.

　　Must be CPR and First Aide Certified or willing to be trained.

　　A desire to work with elderly adults.

　　Exceptional customer service skills.
