　　Support a wide range of planning, evaluation, review and prioritization of technical and financial resource activities associated with assigned programs. Supports program, planning, evaluation and financial management functions. Supports Government cost analysis, forecasting, and planning, to include support of the POM/BES, and other cost functions for assigned programs. Coordinate with Program Managers, PEO staff, DA staff, other services and industry personnel during all phases of the life cycle of assigned projects. Apply expert knowledge of program planning and evaluation to meet organizational missions, goals and objectives. Work with requiring activity to support the POE development, and work with SOMARDS and GFEBS to process financial transactions. Other tasks as required by the customer.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　BA/BS from an accredited college or university in Business administration, economics, finance or other related field. Five additional years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

　　Five years of financial experience working within the DoD environment. One academic year at a technical school in an accredited business related program may substitute for one year of experience.

　　Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Please note US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance.
