Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the OPERATIONS DIVISION of HQ US MARINE CORPS. Responsibilities You will maintain liaison and direct communications with both the contractor and the contracting officer. You will be responsible for the development of the contract support technical requirements, the quality assurance plan and any other pre-award activities. You will monitor the contractor's progress and performance, including the submission of required monthly progress and financial reports or other documentation. You will coordinate with Division Chiefs and Principal Deputies to assist prioritization of potentially conflicting support requirements and discuss mutually supportive issues with the Contractor. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience with Intermediate Force Capabilities concepts; monitoring budget allocation and execution; demonstrates the ability to explain, negotiate, and advocate facts in a convincing manner; and conducting detailed analyses of complex functions and work processes.
