Summary This position is located in Immigration Records and Identity Services Directorate, Identity and Information Management Division, Data and Information Governance Branch. As a Program Analyst, you will coordinate, analyze, and evaluate management programs, provide expert advice to managers, and identify best practices to improve program efficiency. Serve as a key member of the team to represent objectives; provide context and coordinate with stakeholders to assist with prioritizing requirements to align with USCIS person centric identity management and content management strategic priorities. Facilitate and lead communication efforts across IIMD branches and other USCIS stakeholders to align systems to support new business processes and changes in user requirements or legislation. Work to modernize enterprise systems to become person-centric, integrated, scalable, and streamlined for end-user processes. Analyze and determine solutions, conducting root cause analysis of issues and develop solutions through the creation of best practices to improve data integrity, management and efficiency of delivery. Plan, develop and execute special studies or projects, personally or through the leading of cross functional team members to assess program effectiveness. Analyze and resolve a variety of program issues and inadequacies in business work?ows, data integrity, end-user experience, and timelines to support USCIS core functions. Actively participate in meetings, conferences, and presentations involving systems and programs of signi?cant impact to provide subject matter expertise on business objectives, project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
