Summary Serves as a Program Analyst in the Group Practice Management (GPM) service, directly aligned under the Facility Director, specializing in clinical operations, business analysis, and development across wide range complex activities with the VA Ambulatory Care Center (VAACC) and its associated community-based outpatient clinics (CBOCS). Responsibilities Facility lead for coordinating not only data pulls related to wait times, clinic and provider productivity, and open consults, but also leading the analysis of the data generated. Expert in a full range of administrative requirements that include, but are not limited to, designing and coordinating processes and systems to monitor clinical operations workload, demand, capacity, and productivity. Independently handles issues related to the assessment of clinical operations (e.g., data tools used, efficiency and productivity assessments, data integrity, data validity, business analysis of data generated.
