DNV - Energy Systems Energy Management group is seeking a Program Analyst to join our DTE Energy team. The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced Program Analyst in energy efficiency programs. This position will be based out of our DNV office in Detroit, Michigan, offering a hybrid schedule of an average three (3) days in the office and two (2) days working remotely. Detroit Metropolitan area residents are strongly encouraged to apply.What You'll do:Lead the development and execution of strategic data analysis projects to support business objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical goals and metrics for success.Manage and mentor a team of business analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Provide guidance on project priorities and ensure the team's alignment with organizational goals.Oversee the creation of data models and visualizations to enhance decision-making processes.Ensure the development of insightful reports and visual dashboards for diverse stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.Serve as a liaison between business units and the analytics team.Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and relevance of analytical outputs.Implement and maintain quality assurance processes within the analytics team.
