JOB REQUIREMENTS: Genesis10 is currently seeking a Product Developer IIwith our client in their Neenah, WI location. This is a 12 month +contract position and will work onsite in Neenah, WI. Core work hourswill be either 7-4pm or 8-5pm CST. Summary: Seeking a Product DeveloperII to conduct specialized technical work with emphasis in supportingCorporate Research initiative. Scope: Incumbent reports to a CorporateResearch Organization Team Leader and receives direction from ProductTechnical Leader. Assists on technical programs contributing to productdesign, development, and execution. Performs moderately complex tasksunder the direction of an experienced scientist. Key accountabilitiesinclude prototyping, product acquisition, bench testing (requests,execution, and summaries), small scale consumer studiesplanning/placement and summaries, making first of a kind product designs/ prototypes, coordination of hand-making products and visuals -including documenting PPS instructions, requests for product safetyclearance, competitive assessments, experimental product/materialtrials, product presentations and visuals, supporting consumerco-creation and product workshops. Responsibilities: Carry out all workensuring effective Safety and Quality attitudes and practices. Manageself in accordance with the expected behaviors of the LeadershipQualities. Effectively achieve results that meet business and individualobjectives. Take appropriate action based on problem solutions. Assistin training less experienced personnel. Accurately record results andobservations and report appropriately. Requirements: A bachelor\'sdegree (broad range of disciplines), or 2-4 years post high schooltechnical education plus 2-7 years of relevant experience; or anequivalent in relevant education and/or experience. Knowledge of andexperience in disposable and reusable consumer products. Desired skillsinclude a working knowledge of laboratory techniques and/orequipment/machinery operations plus application of scientific methods.Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10employees will be considered for this position.
