Job Summary:
The Professional Development Senior Specialist is responsible in the design and implementation of leadership and learning capability solutions leveraging strategic learning insights and measures for the LCG function. The role will report to the Professional Development Team Lead and will also help in managing the professional development programs and projects. The role will also align with the MBPS Learning and Capability and Global Learning COE teams for the endorsement of participants in the various program offerings and in the franchising program.
Key Accountabilities:
Design and implement learning solutions to address the professional development needs of the Function.
Curate modules or learning programs related to the learning strategy.
Facilitate discussions and/or workshops to leaders and/or all employees under the Function.
Proactively apply best practices to learning design, development, and delivery to ensure excellence in output.
Conduct learning needs analysis in line with agreed best practices, standards, and processes.
Monitor and measure learning effectiveness of the Compliance initiatives and programs.
Maintain project documentation and course folders.
Manage training and program schedules to ensure business priorities are met.
Track and record learning participation through Pursuit, Compass and other tools.
Participate in specific projects which may rise from time to time.
Job Requirements:
A good understanding of professional development, talent management, and stakeholder management
Strong presentation skills, interpersonal skills and influencing skills.
Ability to assess learning needs and evaluate learning program effectiveness.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Ability to use these skills while working with stakeholders with different levels across the entire organization.
Demonstrates awareness of other’s time commitments and manages resources to effectively accomplish work within the established timelines.
Proficient in MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point
Basic to Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel including using formulas, macros and report formatting is strongly preferred.
Basic to intermediate project and program management skills
Professional Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in learning development, training design, and learning facilitation
Education:
College/University Degree and/or equivalent experience in Education, Legal, Finance, Business, or related fields
