　　Job Description Summary

　　The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in anindustrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a teamresponsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products ofthe highest quality standards. There will be a $500 sign on bonus after 60days as well another $500 sign on bonus after 180 days.

　　Responsibilities

　　Strip and clean concrete forms and productsPrepare steel molds for filling with concretePerform basic carpentry skillsFacility maintenance and housekeepingOther responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis asneeded

　　Requirements

　　Minimum high school diploma or equivalentManufacturing or construction experience preferredKnowledge of basic math and measurementsAbility to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively withteam membersAbility to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the day

　　Compensation

　　The hourly rate for this position is $18 - 20/hr
