We are seeking a dedicated and welcoming Front Desk Representative to join our team at Branson's Nantucket. This person will be the face of Branson's Nantucket resort and will welcome guests and greet people who are arriving to take a tour of our resort. This person will communicate with sales representatives and management teams on daily expectations and goals.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive.

　　Assign tours to the appropriate representative.

　　Complete data entry and create reports daily.

　　Verify guests' qualifications for resort ownership.

　　Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.

　　Requirements

　　Experience in receptionist, front desk, or similar role.

　　Proficient with computer programs including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

　　Experience with office equipment (printers, scanners, fax machines, etc.).

　　Knowledge of resort ownership desired.
