　　A Typical Day

　　The Production Supervisor is responsible for relative assigned shiftand/or crew, manage to company personnel/food safety, quality,production, and leadership objectives. The Production Supervisordirectly supervises production employees to maximize productivity onassigned shifts and areas.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Assist with training, teaching, and educating employees on companypolicies, procedures, and standards.

　　Monitor and control personal practices at the floor level, providesguidance, coaching and mentoring of hourly staff.

　　Monitor and control PMO, USDA, CDFA and FDA compliance throughestablished verification processes.

　　Effectively troubleshoots process deviations related to process controlor mechanical up time, works closely with maintenance on scheduled andbreak in work.

　　Overseas production, ensuring all employee safety, quality andenvironmental standards are met.

　　Prioritize safety above all other job duties by having a safety firstapproach at all times.

　　What You Will Need

　　High School diploma an 4 years related experience, Associates degree and3 years related experience or Bachelor\'s degree and 1 years of relatedexperience OR equivalent experience.

　　Able to demonstrate leadership, critical thinking, interpersonal, andorganizational skills.

　　Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

　　Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

　　What Will Put You Ahead

　　Bachelor\'s degree plus 4 years related experience.

　　Experience with production process and working closely with otherdepartments.

　　CDFA Pasteurizer license.

　　Experience with SAP.

　　Physical Demands & Work Environment

　　This role requires physical exertion, exposure to potentially hazardousconditions or safety hazards. The majority of time is spending walkingor standing. There are occasional periods of sedentary work. Is requiredto wear PPE and have a regular presence in manufacturing and warehouseenvironments in both temperature controlled and uncontrolled locations.Must frequently interact with people verbally.
