About Production Supervisor- Medical/Radiopharmaceutical

  SUMMARY

  Lead manufacturing and production operations of theragnostic radiopharmaceuticals, ensuring compliance with FDA, cGMP, NRC, and other regulations. Provide leadership to meet company goals and drive a focused business.

  DUTIES

  Oversee production activities to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

  Manage production schedules to meet customer orders and demand.

  Hire, train, develop, and manage performance of production staff.

  Assist in inventory and facility/equipment maintenance.

  Operate production equipment and conduct root cause analysis for failures.

  Collaborate with team to develop novel radiopharmaceuticals.

  EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  BS degree in STEM field or equivalent education/experience.

  Familiarity with GMP manufacturing and FDA cGMP regulations.

  3-5 years of radiopharmaceutical production experience.

  Knowledge of molecular imaging and pharmaceutical study design.

  Aseptic processing and team management experience preferred.

  Strong teamwork, multi-tasking, and project management skills.

  Salary: dependent on relevant production experience
