　　About the Role:

　　The Production Supervisor role at the Tonawanda, NY location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

　　Supervises all production operations, conduct of food safety, and quality procedures of the plant to assure a safe, efficient, productive, and positive work environment for the overnight shift.

　　Consistently directs, coaches, trains and gives performance feedback to the associates on the line.

　　Maintains the standards, regulations and laws addressing occupational safety (OSHA) and food safety and food quality (FDA) in addition to environmental safety (EPA) in accordance with Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

　　Develops proficiency in utilizing our systems to be successful in this role (SAP, MS Office, Outlook)

　　Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role, which operates from 7:00pm-7:00am, 2 days on, 2 off, 3 days on rotation, includes every other weekend. Compensation is $59,000-$84,000 depending on experience.

　　Experience working in manufacturing, preferably food manufacturing and prior supervisory experience.

　　Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written

　　SAP or other ERP system experience is highly desirable!
