Main purpose of role:

　　The role is key to maximizing production throughput in the Pro Bio Safeguard processing from inception of the Works Order through final packing, palletizing and Works Order close in Building B. The individuals will be accountable for meeting or exceeding weekly productivity goals, creating and archiving coating worksheets, and interacting with maintenance through the MMCS software to ensure machine uptime is maintained.

　　Follow, define, develop and improve SOPs that relate to the manufacturing equipment in Building BUnderstand WorkOrder scheduling of various lot sizes and varieties to maximize daily output of PBSGCreate film coat work sheets, for bulk solution PBSG solution preparation and rotary coating application, archive electronic versions for historical preservation.Clean and maintain all equipment inside/outside Building B to ensure that downtime is minimal; use the MMCS system to write work orders as necessary to ensure all equipment runs as designed.Multitask daily to ensure equipment is fully utilized when seed is available for processingOversee and instruct agency and regular full-time labor force assigned to this area; assure all employees work safely and productively each dayReport PLC issues and work with vendors when they arrive to keep equipment functionalWork with QC department to ensure all in process test data is collected, by running moisture's and seed counts on all orders; complete all WO paperwork with no errors or missing information.Coordinate activities with shipping / receiving so that completed Works Orders are delivered on timeUse safe work practices, LOTO and Confined Space, following all procedures and documenting activities when cleaning Titan Vessels
