FABRICATION CLERK / SECRETARY: A Shift 4:00AM - 12:30PM with availability for overtime if needed.

Job Description:

Prioritize and organize and print the make sheet with the cattle available to fill product orders.

Complete all end of shift paperwork and verify is sent to interested parties.

Update and print daily yields.

Print daily no punch report absent report and grade lines.

Update and keep record of all write ups/attendance violations/absent/sick requests/ LOA'S.

Do job changes/job qualifications/down bids.

Keep record and update weekly aging report.

Process pay corrections

Stock up on office supplies and PPE supplies when needed.

Requirements:

Preferably bilingual

Must have computer skills

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

Paid time off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;

401(k): eligible after 1st day of employment including company match which begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule

Starting pay is $23.25 per hour.
