Main responsibilities:
Compile Weekly & Monthly Production Plans
Manage Work Order cycle from MRP generation to closure
Monitor materials required for Production Plan and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage.
Track Production Plan and update as required.
Troubleshooting Planning / Production issues
Preparing KPI / Metrics / Status Reports
Ability to work in a fast paced office environment with changing priorities.
Capacity Planning
Use JDE ERP system as main tool for managing Work Orders
Experience : (Essential Criteria)
5 years proven experience in Supply Chain Role OR/AND 3-5 years proven experience as Production Planner
Sound knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and related software.
Excellent Microsoft Excel ability.
Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills
Fluent English – Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well capable of working proactively on own initiative
Meticulous and diligent
Good Knowledge of ERP
High school diploma; Further education or certification is preferred
Desired Criteria:
Proficiency in Production Planning
Proven experience in Pharma background
Relevant certification is advantageous (APICS)
