Searching for a Marketing Manager for a growing client. We are searching for a strategic and creative thinker with strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of the AEC industry, to fill in and move projects, proposals, and business development forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with preservation planning within the heritage practice area and lead business development discourse.
Propel the proposal process forward, identifying what's needed, sourcing the necessary information, and structuring it effectively.
Provide guidance to the team and marketing coordinators, stepping in and out of projects as required, without hesitation.
Plan and execute marketing strategies and initiatives. Lead client-focused research, analysis, and capture planning efforts.
Guide the development and execution of go/no-go decision-making, planning, and win strategies to successfully capture work.
Oversee the collection, organization, and ongoing management of marketing data and assets vital to the cultural practice.
Provide marketing leadership, engaging with firm-wide and regional office leaders, strategists, and professional staff in the seller-doer model, nurturing a proactive culture of business development and office positioning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Architecture, or another applicable field.
8+ years in a marketing role for an architecture, engineering, or construction company.
AEC industry knowledge with proven experience in proposal development and business development.
Demonstrated ability to manage a team, command control of a conversation, and step in and out of projects without hesitation.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital asset management systems.
Detail-oriented with excellent writing, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
