JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Details Job Location Ocnwc - Oconomowoc, WIPosition Type Full Time Job Shift 1st Shift Description JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for the coordination of products in the assigned part classgroups in order to meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains accurate records in theERP database. Reviews raw material requirements and coordinatesdeliveries with purchasing and production to meet delivery requirementswhile maintaining inventory goals. Reviews reports, releases jobs, andprints routings and sketches per the applicable work instructions withhigh levels of accuracy. Reviews routings and sketches for errors beforereleasing jobs to the shop floor. Reports status of detail, subassembly,and final assembly jobs in production meetings and daily communicationwith other team members to meet on time delivery goals. Controls costand labor utilization through a review of lot sizes and schedulingconcepts. Reviews and implements Engineering Change Notices (ECN) onparts that are assigned. Assists supervisors in setting the productionschedule. Performs routing splits, adds rework operations, and performsother clerical activities to support production and quality. Preparesmilestone schedules and production reports to keep key product on trackas required. Reviews job routings at the closing process to correct anydiscrepancies in the yield and follows up on the proper documentation ofparts that have quality rejects. Reviews, monitors, and drives tominimize setups in returning small lot quantity or rework parts intolarger production runs. Tracks and properly reconciles product thatbecomes dormant to maintain inventory accuracy in the database. Tracksparts at outside processes and coordinates shipments to facilitate ontime delivery. When required, serves as contact for any NADCAP, CASE,FAA, customer, internal or any other audit. Demonstrates thoroughknowledge of and conformity to Ace Precision Quality System WorkInstruction requirements that govern production planning operations.Maintains or exceeds production standards through organization andplanning. Follows and complies with safety rules, regulations, and workinstructions. Accurately completes all required documentation. Meetsattendance policy requirements. Contributes to team effort by assistingin areas as needed.
