Description

　　Robert Half is seeking an attorney with private funds experience to assist our client with an ongoing legal research initiative.

　　Project information:

　　Start: February 2024

　　Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension

　　Pay: $45/hour

　　Location: Remote

　　Hours: 20-30 hours per week

　　Responsibilities include:

　　Our client is looking for a private fund’s attorney with recent practice experience in a large law firm to edit and create “how-to” type sophisticated practical guidance and annotated forms relevant to the practice of U.S. private funds and investment management practice.

　　Requirements

　　Requirements:

　　Law degree from a U.S. accredited law school and attorney registration in good standing with at least one U.S. bar.

　　Minimum of five years of attorney experience focused on U.S. investment management/private fund information (private equity, hedge fund, venture capital), including recent large law firm practice experience in transactional matters, fund, and investment adviser regulation/compliance.

　　Recent and intimate knowledge of investment management market and regulatory trends, as well as familiarity with investment management attorney workflow.

　　Excellent drafting, editing, legal analysis, and writing skills.

　　Effective communication and collaboration skills.

　　Ability to complete assigned projects by prescribed deadlines.

　　Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a detail-oriented environment.

　　Candidates must have 5+ years of experience practicing private funds/ investment management practice in the US in order to be considered for this position.
