About The OpportunityPrepare product for shipment according toproduct guidelines and customer requirements, including cleaning,inspecting, assembling, decorating and stacking. Day Shift, 6am-6pm,rotating 2/2/3 Night Shift, 6pm-6am, rotating 2/2/3 \$19.00/hr 1. Workin a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective and safetyequipment required and following all safety guidelines. 2. Read andunderstand all product related documents such as the product guidelines,quality alerts, safety alerts, standard work documents, customer optionsheets, and quality objectives along with the using first piece as avisual aid. 3. Clean, trim and assemble components using hand tools andperform fit, form and function as required. 4. Maintain a continuousrepeat cycle of production/packaging to avoid the buildup of parts atthe workstation. 5. Ensure quality of the finished product to ensure thehighest level of quality and customer satisfaction. 6. Train otheremployees and new hires and assist other departments as needed. 7. Workin a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safetyequipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STWdocumentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job,proper training techniques must be followed). 8. Be actively involved inContinuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STWactivities. 9. Other duties as assigned.
