　　The Impact You’ll Make in this Role The person hired for the position of the Production Operator will be responsible for a variety of general manual labor tasks including, but not limited to. As a Production Operator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world

　　Observing all safety procedures, maintain a clean and safe work area

　　Applying quality instructions & specifications

　　Monitoring the production or packing operation to ensure quality objectives are met

　　Loading/unloading material into & from equipment

　　Working as a team member through sharing information, problem solving & assisting others

　　Analyzing and troubleshooting machine or in-process product problems.

　　Your Skills and Expertise

　　To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

　　Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher completed and verified prior to start

　　Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed

　　Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

　　One (1) year of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government, or military environmentWork location:
