　　What are we looking for?

　　The starting Salary is between $85,000 and $95,000 depending on Experience.

　　A Production Manager to supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in hourly production jobs at Harsco’s customer site located in Pueblo, Colorado. This position leads and manages one site clerk and approximately 40 hourly production workers. This position also provides back-up to the Site Manager during absences and future opportunities for growth for the candidate who is willing to relocate.

　　What Does It Take to be a Successful Candidate?

　　Must Haves:

　　Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent experience

　　7-10 years supervisory experience with in a metals or minerals plant, large construction project or equivalent plant type environment.

　　Experience must also include customer facing interactions and the ability to forecast and track daily production quotas to assist the plant with meeting revenue and profit margin targets.
